Anja Armitage, MPAS, PA-C, an Omaha native and Westside High School alumna. She completed her undergraduate education at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2004, and earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at UNMC in 2006. Her extensive career as a PA includes 8.5 years in family medicine, 5 years in ER and urgent care, and 6 years in aesthetic medicine.

She is passionate about helping patients feel good inside and out. Anja has undergone extensive training in Botox, fillers, medical-grade chemical peels, lasers for hair removal and skin resurfacing, radiofrequency micro-needling, medical-grade skincare, and peptide therapy for weight loss. She particularly enjoys working with new Botox patients, finding immense satisfaction in seeing their happiness two weeks after their initial appointment.

Anja resides in Elkhorn with her husband, Joel, and their three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, spends many weekend attending her daughters’ show choir competitions and loves a good True Crime podcast. Leanne Carlson, MPAS, PA-C, is the Co-Founder of Finesse Advanced Medical Aesthetics and a highly sought-after expert in facial aesthetics, with over 19 years of experience in non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
